L\u2019article suivant d\u2019un chef de projet explique de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s d\u00e9taill\u00e9e les aspects d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.projectmanager.com\/blog\/operational-planning-make-operation-plan\">plan d\u2019exploitation<\/a> (en anglais seulement).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00c0 noter :<\/strong> <\/em><br \/><em>\u00ab Dans le cadre d\u2019un plan d\u2019entreprise simple, que la plupart des personnes qui utilisent ce Guide sont susceptibles de cr\u00e9er, cette section va au-del\u00e0 de ce qui serait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement requis. Par contre, tout ce qui va jusqu\u2019au plan de projet est essentiel pour un plan simple. L\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un plan de projet pour les principaux buts et objectifs constitue \u00e9galement un excellent exercice. Ceux-ci permettent de d\u00e9finir les grandes lignes et de rester sur la bonne voie\u2009\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Un plan d\u2019exploitation typique commence par la d\u00e9finition des buts et objectifs et, tel qu\u2019indiqu\u00e9 dans la section pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, par la pr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019entreprise.
