Il est important de noter que vos objectifs doivent tous s\u2019imbriquer les uns dans les autres, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que vos objectifs \u00e0 court terme contribuent \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de vos objectifs \u00e0 moyen terme, lesquels contribuent aux objectifs \u00e0 long terme qui sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la vision globale de votre entreprise. <a href=\"https:\/\/corporatefinanceinstitute.com\/resources\/management\/smart-goal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le format SMART<\/a> vous facilite la t\u00e2che, car il vous permet d\u2019identifier les indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance (ICPs) que vous devriez avoir et de d\u00e9finir les \u00e9tapes que vous devez franchir pour rester sur la bonne voie.
