L\u2019une des fa\u00e7ons les plus simples d\u2019y parvenir est de r\u00e9pondre aux questions Quoi, Qui, Pourquoi, O\u00f9 et Quand et Comment (\u00ab\u20095W\u2009\u00bb et How en anglais). <\/p>\n<p><strong>Qui (qui va r\u00e9aliser l\u2019action)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ici que vous affectez les personnes cl\u00e9s aux postes. Assurez-vous que les personnes que vous s\u00e9lectionnez seront en mesure de mener \u00e0 bien la t\u00e2che. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Quoi (quelles sont les actions requises\u2009? Quelles sont les ressources)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quels sont les r\u00f4les et les responsabilit\u00e9s et quels sont les outils dont les personnes auront besoin pour accomplir les t\u00e2ches et quelles sont ces t\u00e2ches sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, quelles sont les ressources dont vous aurez besoin pour mener \u00e0 bien le projet\u2009? Quels sont les budgets \u00e0 allouer. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Quand (quels sont les d\u00e9lais et les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances des actions)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous devez fixer les d\u00e9lais dans lesquels les t\u00e2ches doivent \u00eatre achev\u00e9es, ainsi que les liens entre ces d\u00e9lais. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que certains outils tels que le diagramme de GANTT s\u2019av\u00e8rent utiles. <\/p>\n<p><strong>O\u00f9 (\u00e0 quels endroits se d\u00e9roulent ces actions)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bien que la r\u00e9ponse puisse sembler \u00e9vidente pour la plupart des actions, les r\u00e9ponses peuvent \u00eatre plus approfondies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi (pourquoi les actions et les \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers sont-ils essentiels \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une question parfois n\u00e9glig\u00e9e, car il est toujours important de se demander si la t\u00e2che que vous essayez d\u2019accomplir ou de planifier est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du projet et \u00e0 sa r\u00e9ussite. En effet, ce qui peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme essentiel peut parfois conduire \u00e0 un gaspillage de ressources. <\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ici que vous pouvez d\u00e9finir le niveau de priorit\u00e9 de chacune des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment (comment appliquez-vous la mise en \u0153uvre et comment communiquez-vous, et quels sont vos contr\u00f4les et vos \u00e9quilibres)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il est maintenant temps de mettre le plan en \u0153uvre. Quels sont les ICP\u2019s que vous essayez d\u2019atteindre, qu\u2019est-ce qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un succ\u00e8s, et comment maintenez-vous un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre pour les atteindre.
