9A. Roles and Responsibilities

Now that we know what our structure is, it is always best to establish what roles and responsibilities will be for the various positions in your business. To do this it is idea to create a job description. The Federal government has a great resource that can help outline the main aspects of a job description which you can find here. However, some of these might not always do the trick so you can also develop your own job description and this resource is excellent when it comes to outlining the steps.
